What happens if something breaks after launch?
We fix it. Everything we build is tested rigorously before it goes live and comes with a warranty, so if a bug turns up, putting it right is our cost, not yours.
Can you fix bugs in code another developer wrote?
Yes, it is a large part of what we do. We find the cause rather than patching the symptom, add tests so the same bug cannot come back, and tell you plainly what else we found.
It was built with an AI coding tool. Can you work with that?
Yes. AI tools are quick at getting something working and weak at security, payments and edge cases. We keep what is sound and fix what isn't.
Will you just tell us to rebuild everything?
No. Rebuilding is expensive and we only recommend it where it is genuinely cheaper than fixing. Often most of the work can be kept.
Our old developer won't hand over the code. Can you help?
We can help you work out what you are entitled to, what access you need, and how to get it back without a fight where possible.
Can you take over a React Native, Next.js or WordPress project?
Yes. Those are our everyday tools. If it is something unusual, we will say so on the first call.
What does a rescue cost?
It depends on what we find. Most rescues start around £5,000. You get the assessment and a fixed price before the main work starts.
Do you have designers, illustrators and specialists in-house?
We keep a small senior core and bring in the right designers, illustrators, motion and 3D artists and specialist engineers for each project, because the best person for one project is rarely the best for the next. You get one point of contact who leads them all, and one fixed price.
Can you build AI into it?
Yes. We build AI features into websites and apps: assistants that answer questions, search that understands what people mean, tools that draft and sort content, and automations that save your team time. We use the leading AI models, keep your data in accounts you control, and only suggest AI where it earns its place.
