What happens if something breaks after launch?
We fix it. Everything we build is tested rigorously before it goes live and comes with a warranty, so if a bug turns up, putting it right is our cost, not yours.
Can you fix bugs in code another developer wrote?
Yes, it is a large part of what we do. We find the cause rather than patching the symptom, add tests so the same bug cannot come back, and tell you plainly what else we found.
Will you just tell us to rebuild everything?
No. Rebuilding is expensive and we only recommend it where it is genuinely cheaper than fixing. Often most of the work can be kept.
Our old developer won't hand over the code. Can you help?
We can help you work out what you are entitled to, what access you need, and how to get it back without a fight where possible.
Can you take over a React Native, Next.js or WordPress project?
Yes. Those are our everyday tools. If it is something unusual, we will say so on the first call.
What does a rescue cost?
It depends on what we find. Most rescues start around £10,000. You get the assessment and a fixed price before the main work starts.
