As with many banks, RBS own many businesses. A lot of their websites are private and not on the internet, which makes them very difficult to search.
To solve this problem, RBS purchased a Google Search Appliance — their very own offline Google box.
Digital Mycelium came in to configure the GSA along with the implementation of the private search pages. Through a secure and encrypted REST API, we were also able to search and display results for all employees at RBS.
